  Surface observations which have been decoded with FMdecode can be shown in geographical presentation SYNOP, but also be printed or saved as file in formatted alphanumerical lists, in ASCII format or HTML format for Internet presentation.

FMdecode offers a wide variety of formatting these lists according to user specific requirements.

Each parameter is selected by mouse click, e.g.

  • Name of Station,
  • Wind Direction,
  • Wind Speed,
  • Present or Past Weather,
  • Temperature and
  • Amount of Precipitation
    • and many others.

The columns of the table and their headers adjust automatically. Using lists with selected stations offers the possibility to create templates that fit almost any type of publication.
